Health Requirements
All dogs must be up-to-date on vaccinations, including rabies, distemper, and bordetella.
Puppies must have completed their initial series of vaccinations.
Behavior Assessment
Before attending daycare, all dogs must pass a behavior assessment to ensure they are social, non-aggressive, and comfortable in a group setting.

Questions
How often are the dogs walked?
Twice a day, in the morning and the evening. Walks are included in daycare.
How many staff look after the dogs?
There are almost always two staff with the dogs, with at most 10 dogs for each.
How many dogs are in daycare at once?
At most 20. We're a small, boutique daycare, so every dog gets attention.
Do you accept puppies?
Yes, once they've had all their puppy vaccinations. Dogs older than 6 months must be spayed or neutered.
Can my dog come on a hike?
Yes. Our morning hikes give your dog at least 1.5 hours of real hiking on the trails. See Dog Hiking for times and details.
Do you accept large dogs?
Yes, as long as they are very well behaved with small dogs. We welcome larger breeds such as Bernese mountain dogs, but not extra large breeds such as Great Danes or Kangals.
Do small and large dogs play together?
Yes, they share the same play area. We only accept larger dogs that are social and gentle with small dogs. If a dog needs a break, we give them some quiet time in a separate area.
My dog gets anxious. Can they still come?
We decide case by case. It often helps to bring your dog for a couple of hours a day over a week or two, so they can get used to us. We will talk through what suits your dog.
Do you accept reactive dogs?
No. We're sorry, but we can't accept reactive dogs.
My dog is friendly, but doesn't like certain breeds. Can they come?
We're sorry, but every dog in daycare must be well behaved around all breeds.
