Policies and Guidelines
Our daycare services are designed to provide a safe, fun, and stimulating environment for your dog while you are away. Please review our policies below:
Daycare Hours
Our daycare hours are Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. A $20 fee will apply for every 15-minute increment past the pickup time.
Reservations
To ensure your dog has a spot in daycare, we recommend making a reservation in advance. Walk-ins are accepted if space is available.
Health Requirements
All dogs must be up-to-date on vaccinations, including rabies, distemper, and bordetella.
Puppies must have completed their initial series of vaccinations.
Behavior Assessment
Before attending daycare, all dogs must pass a behavior assessment to ensure they are social, non-aggressive, and comfortable in a group setting.
Spay/Neuter Policy
All dogs over 6 months of age must be spayed or neutered to attend daycare. This helps prevent unwanted behaviors and ensures a safe environment for all dogs.
Weekend & Holidays Policy
We're open every day, including holidays and weekends. For holidays and weekends, prior reservation is required. If needed, reservations must be cancelled by 7pm the day before the weekend (i.e., Friday) or the last weekday by 7pm before the holiday starts. A non-refundable full deposit will be charged at 7pm.
If the minimum number of dogs required for the day is not met, deposits will be refunded, and we will remain closed.
